But a healthier you and I is a lot more valuable than lugging this extra fat around causing me to be ashamed of my looks. Having to adjust my clothes to hide this midriff fat hanging over my belt.
There are lots of diet plans,diet pills and supplements out there. They are promising you to lose the weight in no time, no problemo, Right? So many telling you to exercise and quit eating. But do they tell you when to eat, what to eat, how many times to eat, how to handle the menu at a restaurant, how and when to exercise?
To lose weight you have got to get your brain in the right frame of mind. You must want to lose the fat no matter what. This won't be a free ride, it will take a positive attitude,determination,and sacrifice. You must believe you will succeed and that you are in this task for the long haul.
